Deliveries

Chemicals are not accepted for posting with Royal Mail and therefore will be delivered using a suitable courier service.

Most deliveries to mainland UK are at a fixed rate of £2.00 no matter how many items you buy with all purchases over £50.00 being FREE, subject to the below exceptions:

Large and heavy items and some deliveries to the Highlands of Scotland or any offshore location may incur an additional charge.

If you would like delivery to the Highlands or Islands or wish to have a heavy (over 25kg) or bulky item delivered please call us before ordering and we can quote you the additional delivery charge.

Our aim is to dispatch your order within 1 - 2 working days of receipt and customers should allow up to 10 working days for standard delivery.  Expedited Delivery is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by courier on a next day service with a maximum weight of 25kg.  Please note: Expedited deliveries are made Monday to Friday only. 

AltraSwim cannot be held liable for any item that has been despatched within our stated time schedule but is subject to delays in the postal or courier services.

We support our local village Post Office by using Royal Mail for small and light parcels and local couriers for heavier or bulky items.

We have included on our on-line shop our most popular items. However, if there is something you specifically want just give us a ring on 01453 548166 and we will try and source it for you.

Collections

If you live locally and wish to collect your order in person please pay on line and choose the 'collection only' delivery option. We are open for collection during our office hours between 8.30 - 5.00 Monday to Friday.  Please allow us enough time to collate your order before picking up.

Payment

We use PayPal, the trusted leader in online payments. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.

When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with us. However, if you wish to pay over the phone, say for larger items when confirming delivery dates, or to purchase items not displayed on the online shop, we are authorised to take payments over the phone too.
