An exciting design concept for water aerobics offering a lightweight, portable and yet inexpensive system to enhance natural buoyancy and work resistant exercise.

The WIN Elite Aqua Range System is effective in shallow or deep water.

Similar in construction to the WIN Elite Body Band but with four foam strips within the nylon ankle band for variable buoyancy. The velcro fastening allows a tight, postive fit around the ankles.
